Veritrade reserves the right to block access and terminate the contract without any liability or reimbursement to the customer if at any time it considers that there is a probable breach of security or the use of the user and / or access codes, people and / or companies unauthorized. 8. Termination. 

Veritrade has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract if at any time it is not possible for any reason to comply with it, with the only legal responsibility being to reimburse the equivalent of the difference between the contracted sum and the updates

These services and the terms and conditions will be governed exclusively by the laws of the USA and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of their courts.
