You are fully responsible for all use and activity of your account, including but not limited to the use of the account by any third party authorized by you to use your username and password. You agree that you will not sell, transfer or assign your membership or any membership rights. If the computer system in which you accessed the service is sold or transferred to another party, you guarantee and declare that you will delete all cookies and software files obtained by or through the use of the service. 

7. Indemnification.

You agree on your own account, to indemnify, defend and hold Veritrade, its Suppliers, agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, successors and assigns from and against each and every one of the claims, damages, liabilities, costs. and expenses arising out of or in connection with the service, or any link in the service. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the password is changed when an authorized person (user) stops working for the company or no longer belongs to the institution. In this case, the client will not have the right to financial reimbursement of the payment already made. Veritrade reserves the right to block access and terminate the contract without any liability or reimbursement to the customer if at any time it considers that there is a probable breach of security or the use of the user and / or access codes, people and / or companies unauthorized. Veritrade is the only legally responsible to the client and / or third parties and its sole responsibility related to any part of this contract will not exceed the fee paid by the client. 

8. Termination. 

Veritrade has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract if at any time it is not possible for any reason to comply with it, with the only legal responsibility being to reimburse the equivalent of the difference between the contracted sum and the updates

not received by the client. Said economic reimbursement will have no effect in the event that said impossibility is due to causes of force majeure beyond Veritrade's control or legal regulations imposed by the countries that restrict access to information. 

These services and the terms and conditions will be governed exclusively by the laws of the USA and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of their courts.
